Debate House Prices
In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non MoneySaving matters are no longer permitted. Oh I do read, every day I used to enjoy it a lot more than recently with the whole sockpuppet issue but I seriously don't think that the things that get discussed on this board are in any way relevant to DT or the Arms, it's a whole different world in my humble opinion. Maybe if AE's and sockpuppets hadn't got so out of hand it wouldn't have been an issue and sensible discussion could have been kept in the relevant place. Just my opinion tho.Sadly, you don't have any badges yet but keep trying! See what you could get........... oh boo hoo I am crying into my wine.

Surprise, surprise, the clique are voting to stay here and to remain a clique, rather than to be moved elsewhere with a wider audience. Pathetic.0

Dithering Dad, why are you posting as Topov now? That strikes me as rather pathetic.0

who are the clique? it's an open internet forum. i'm just me on my own and have only started regularly posting on here. i don't feel bullied or pushed out.
i don't understand your comment about a 'wider audience'. in the case of the internet surely the audience are also the posters? Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0 -
Agreed - just made that point above. I guess we can expect about 3,000,000 posts in favour of moving it then, from all the board guides  , admin team, etc etc ..

Sock Puppets at the ready then to keep this board here.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

Good.who are the clique? it's an open internet forum. i'm just me on my own and have only started regularly posting on here. i don't feel bullied or pushed out.
But now because I said that maybe you are part of the clique??
Does that mean your new ness and our radically different opinions are non existant because we can be nice to each other?
No. I agree with you Ninky, its an open board. I do thinkwe could be more welcoming though. 0 -
There are no cliques - unless you can't someone posting under several different names as a one-man clique.
I post here as myself not as part of a clique - sometimes I agree with some posters who I otherwise disagree with, and sometimes I have to strongly disagree with posters whose posts I usually love. After all, it's not as though we know each other in real life - why should one always take a particular side?
It's because we're all normal, rounded human beings - lots of subjects under discussion cut across the usual bull/bear lines eg public sector v private sector, labour v tories, benefit scroungers v hard-done-by - etc - to view it as just 'a clique' is nonsense, IMHO.0 -
