Wanted also to get advise on Default notices on whether I should have had them
They must issue a default notice & termination letter prior to commencing litigation, once those documents have been issued it then allows them to start litigation.

Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional
  • Thank you for your advise.

Do they need to be issued in both my name and my former company or just the company (it was a limited company)

What information do these documents need in them

Are these debts from one creditor?

if so, do a Subject Access Request as well, as they have to supply every last document that they have related to you. Cost £10.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

The default & termination letter needs to be in the name(s) of the account holder.

The interim / final charging order needs to be in the names of those who have a vested intrest in the property.

RAS is correct, bear in mind they have 40 days to comply, it's important you get the set aside in first,
