Have used both in the past... each about as good as each other. Costco seems to have more "white" goods than Macro.

You have to pay a membership fee to use Costco tho... I think its about £23 annual fee.

in a word - yeah
better quality , better prices.
The only difference i have noticed is that makro change their stock lines more often - Also they have makro mail more often than the costco passport(special discount periods)
