Chickens in Morrisons

Shopping in Morrisons the other day, and noticed that their chickens priced at six pounds, all had different price per Kilo on them unless they were of the same weight. Also check on their mince meat, the smaller size will have a dearer price per Kilo than larger packs even though it is the same meat. On the smaller packs it says fifty pence of if you buy two,but it is still cheaper to buy the big pack. Conmen at work?

isnt it always cheaper to buy bigger packs?
and maybe on the chickens, they ran out of per/unit tags, so had to use per/kg instead?

i like morrisons so ill give them the benefit of the doubt.

Buying in bulk is cheaper, that's hardly a news flash

It's not a con, simply common practice.
