Hi,
Me and my partner would like to rent our current 2 bedroom property out and then rent a bigger house for us to live in. Our current mortgage is a 2 year fixed with Nationwide, does anyone know if they would be willing to let us do this?? Would we need to change to a 'buy to let' mortgage? Any advice/feedback would be greatly appreciated.

You need to request consent to let from Nationwide
