Fitness First debt etc with Son in Oz

Hi,

Fitness First claim my Son owes them £55.00 and I now have a letter from CARS debt collectors with a letter of legal proceedings. He was told that his account was closed before he left for Oz but they claim he owes this money. Can I ask them for all payments he has made along with signed contract?

He also owes T Mobile over £100 although I am sure his contract is biased towards the above and he must pay this money.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks - JB

I don't think they would supply you with the info as you are not the debtor.

I'm not even sure what you mean by your second sentance. His contract is biased towards what?
