    I am going to do unconstructive stuff tonight, or just chill. Been in and out of the house all day. Walked into town (45 mins) but took the bus back, then walked up towards Penny Lane to go cash converters (25 mins) and back (25 mins). Listed things on Ebay, then did the shop around asda. My foot has a big blister on it and my hip hurts, so I think I've earned a veg out evening.
    Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

    Spud - yes hunny, I started it about 2 weeks ago - hopefully it will show a pattern, or at least it will show how difficult things are for him at the moment so the doctor will take us seriously.

    I'm coping a LOT better though - I bought evening primrose oil (Pania, I think it was you who recommended it? :kiss:) and I've been taking that for the last week or so, and honestly I feel so chilled it's untrue. I don't know if it's really working or if it's just psychological, but I don't really care! :D
