I've just discovered by using cashback sites and discount codes you can actually get paid to download McAfee products! :T You still have to pay for the product (at a reduced rate) but you will earn back more money via a cashback website.

Here's how:

McAfee Virus Scan Plus - Make a profit of £5.37!

I bought the Virus Scan Plus (which I won't use) and the Total Protection (which includes the Virus Scan Plus). The total cashback amounts to £24.98 and it showed up as pending within only 3 hours. Very quick!

Be aware that cashback sites can fail to track transactions, so be careful.

Though I have no idea why someone would buy McAfee products under normal circumstances. :rotfl:

Both transactions tracked very quickly. Topcashback has a policy that they will chase up transactions for you if they haven't tracked within 7 days.

My mcafee just expired a few weeks ago so getting this years for free is great.

I think i see what is happening. its going to mcafee.com rather then .uk not sure on what to do now though.

When you click through to the McAfee website click on "Products" up on the top left. You'll then see the different products with their original and discounted price.
