I'd give them plenty of things that can be munched on like snacks - small bags of crisps, mini cheeses, grapes/raisins, something a little bit naughty like malteasers or winegums.. ooh winegums are a great idea because they will last!0

Cold tuna pasta made with pasta, mayo, tuna, sweetcorn, peppers, onion is nice - just put it in a tub & remember to pack a small plastic fork.
