Nail Varnish - Dangerous ingredient - DBP

Just been reading this:

I know this article was written in 2006, but I had an old OPI bottle I hadn't opened and it contained DBP, so I've chucked it.
Should we be concerned about this if you buy from the US?
Just been googling some more about this and it appears OPI have omitted these chemicals from their products.
But please be wary of buying nail polishes from ebay, for example, as they may be old stock or from someone that has had the item for a few years.
