How to get the best discount from CD-WOW!

This happened to me once when I only received an e-mail from Worldpay. It turned out that there was an error with their system so my order hadn't been processed by CD-Wow.

It's easily fixed though, so just e-mail CD-Wow as their customer service is excellent. They've always replied to me within 20/30 mins or so. Even when I've e-mailed at midnight!

PS Your order number is also on the Worldpay e-mail. It's called Merchant's Cart ID

Ah you beauty! The Merchant ID worked, so I can check order. It's saying Pending despatch. I will wait until tomorrow or so, then if I hear nothing I will mail them. But at least the order IS showing.

i used 2 £1 off vouchers on my band of brothers dvd and have had a mail to say it has been dispatched, so i think the 2 vouchers do work together

Hmm, how did you use two vouchers, when I enter one the voucher fields disappear?

I can get £2 off with a link and a voucher combined...

sorry zcaprd thats what i ment, i used a link and a £1 off voucer, my mistake.

just to say that my band of brothers dvd arrived this morning. so vouchers and link definately work, ewven though they say they cant work together.
