Didnt realise WH Smith had a clubcard. Just spent a load on study revision books for sons. Oh well, have appplied for one now.
Had a look at T&Cs but you must present card before transaction,
Thanks for info0 -
It worked for me yesterday.
However the first reaction from the SA was - It's a photocopy!
They werent to happy though at giving something away for free.
What try it again today? there are so few staff in the local store that they'd roast me alive when spotted clinging to my freebie.Veteran Bargain Hunter -
Best ever bargain: Rugby shirts (seconds) @ 20p0 -
My thanks to the OP for this.
I bought the Times, using my pre-paid voucher, and got 100 points. I then did 4 more separate transactions, buying Cross cartridges @ £1.99 each, and gained 500 points in total. I just wish I had printed some more vouchers to take with, as today is the last day.0 -
After some resistance they took mine. They didn't like the fact it didn't have WH Smiths on but that's not my fault

I didn't dare go back and use the other 4 I had in my bag

Excellent recommendation
My quick tip on this one is to buy items just more than £1. The Clubcard scheme does not allow points for totals less than £1, and whilst I know the voucher does not say a minimum spend, it means you will draw slightly less attention. Had to get points manually added the first time.
I got a bundle of £1 terrible magazines for effectively free for medium daughter and some pens & paper for larger daughter for university
CheersSo many glitches, so little time...0 -
Used 2 today, 1 on Company magazine which I got for the free clinque lipgloss (also has a 50p off reveal coupon in the bonus copy of reveal with it) and 1 on wallace and gromit DVD which I wanted to buy in there because I have a gift card to use from Christmas. 200 extra points no problem - thanks, find whsmiths points take so long to mount up so it's a good thing :TInitial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
