help/advice and tips wanted for table decorations

hi i am lokking for tips for decorating my reception venue, i have bought eiffel tower vases, feathers lights and i am .lokking for any ideas to mak it look special, i am hoping to buy chair covers cheap rather than hire, as i could sell them afterwards and pass the bargain on, i am also thinking of decorating my own wedding cake as i can buy xtra special white cakes from asda any one have any good ideas and tips thanks debbiedolittle

    If you hire chair covers, the folks that you hire from will fit them and decorate them with ribbon. You could make your own with a white sheet and tie a ribbon round it.

    With your vases - do you mean they are tall or that they are shaped like the eiffel tower? I would put gerbera's in them as that would be relatively inexpensive and can look classy.
