Advice on Mortgages (fixed or variable)

We have recently come to end of a fixed mortgage on our property which we rent out and now have a variable, which has lowered the monthly payments considerably.
We also have a The One Account mortgage on our Main Property which is also variable.
Should we leave things as they are or shop around for perhaps fixed mortgages.
thanks
Yvonne
