Joint 4th Birthday Party??

Hi my dd and her friend (ds) are going to have a joint party in July. We are having the party in the local school hall. Any ideas on what we can do?? I dont think we like the idea of a craft table, to much to tidy up lol. We will prob do the usual party food. just stuck on the games. There will be about 25 children there

Also how do I make my own invites on word?? How do I get like 4 invites on 1 bit of paper?

I think we will be giving books out instead of party bags so thats sorted. :T

Thanks

Re: invites. Do them as normal and then there's an option to print more than one per page. To do this you'll need to repeat the same invitation four times on the document (copy and paste) If you go File, Print then (I think) print preferences there will be an option to print more than one side per page. That's probably the easiest way.

People often suggest buying party boxes to put food in so there's less waste and less mess!
There is no such thing as a free lunch. Its only free because you've paid for it.

Noone can have everything they want and the sooner you learn that the better.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I bought boxes for 10p each from the bakers and filled them with food for each child; so much easier and so much less food was wasted.

Take along things like a mini trampoline, ball pit, space hoppers, etc. Has the hall got a garden? If so you could set up a mini olympics assault course? What about a disco? You could have disco dancing competitions. Make sure you play some party games, like 'musical statues', 'corners' etc., the kids still love them at that age.
Also a craft table doesn't have to be messy if the children are making a particular item; pirate hats and tiaras, for example? If you turned the event into fancy dress, then you could have a fancy dress parade at the end.
