Tesco Frost flakes better than Frosties!

I'm sure there's somewhere I should have put this, although I couldn't find it...
Tesco Frosted flakes are bigger and don't go soggy as quick as Frosties, plus they're only £1.12 for 500g! I made the discovery last night
so....What other cereals are better in the cheaper version? So far we've only tried Tesco weetabix and the frosted flakes but are others just as good?
I fancy a change but can't afford to buy boxes of the Tesco ranges if they turn out to be too sugary/salty or just cardboardy, yet I can't afford the real ranges!

I'm not sure if they're better but they are no worse - Tesco's Rice Snaps are 99p at the moment (normally £1.11 for 440g) where as "proper" Rice Crispies are about £2 for 500g0

thank you! also I just saw a thread on tesco value good/bad items- this can be merged there if a board guide wants to? although this is more about the standard range- not the blue stripey version.
lilith1980- I'll give the rice snaps a go tomorrow- we consume a 500g box in around 4 days, 8 breakfasts and a couple of snacks- it disappears so quickly, at £2+ per box it gets expensive!

My kids tell me that Sainsburys ricepops and cocopops are much better than the real thing.
They all taste like the work of the devil to me0 -

i dont think frosties go soggy, and my bowl is deep with loads of milk. Im not the quickest of eaters either. I cant say ive tasted better than frosties but i will only buy them when they are on offer so they end up cheap enough for me anyway.0
