Ignoring CCA requests - Blair Oliver/Cabot

Hi
Anyone with a view on what do do - Blair Oliver ignores my request for CCA requests, sent by recorded delivery.
Otehr company - Cabot - says it has "located" the "application form for a Monument card and said it would post it (9 days ago.......)

Just send them both the 12+2 letter 14 days after the CCA letter.

(Take out (b) If the default continues for one month he commits an offence. - no longer applies)

The debt is then unenforceable until they produce a true copy.

If they do find an application form, unless i has all the required terms on it, it will be of no use. An application form is not (except on very rare occasions) an executed and enforcable credit agreement.
