Nope - works for me...

If ordering multiple items you can get away without deleting anything.  
Add an item to your shopping cart, go and pay for it and when you get your confirmation use your back button to go back through all the pages to get to the front page.  
Add your next item to the shopping cart and its got the £1.50 discount again.
Keep doing this until you've ordered all you want.

I've just saved over £10 doing this. ;D
