With the way the market is changing week by week you might want to look round now and get yourself a good deal ASAP.
You can book a deal with most lenders up to 3 months ahead.
2 of the deals I mentioned have now been pulled A&l and Abbey !!!
Get the information re your mortgage debt and see what your current lender thinks your property is worth and then go from there.
