hi all,
over the years i have had a few loans with natwest, each time i have paid off the old loan and taken a bit extra to clear overdraft. They all had ppi on them,I noticed i have only had one ppi refund though.
I also cant remember what and who was covered on the old ones.
How do i go about asking for details of both the loans and the ppi attached?
What do i ask for and will i haveto pay for this info?
Do i send a letter to the high st branch where i obtained the loans?

Thanks and sorry i keep posting but i need all the money that is rightfully owed to me as i am so skint.

    Hi

You could request a SAR (Subject Access Request), where they send you everything requested on the SAR, this includes details of any finance you have taken out with them for the last 6 years, in Scotland I think its only 5 years.

If you go back to the PPI reclaiming thread you will find a SAR template with details there, give us a yell for any help, good luck.;)

    Hi hun

Check this thread here for the template (SAR)

Yes there is a cost of £10 postal order or cheque payment for this request, they have 40 days to comply, post by recorded delivery.;)
