OFT Section 40 (Administration of Justice Act 1970)

Hello,
I am getting continued regular and nuisance calls from one of my creditors and have already written to them 3 times relating to Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970. I now feel it is time to contact the OFT to take this issue further. Does anyone know the postal, email, phone details for the correct OFT dept please. The OFT site doesnt seem to give the contact info i need fro such a public complaint.

A few years ago, when they were encouraging feedback on their 'Debt Collection Guidance', the OFT gave the following contact:

I've no idea if Mr Lowther is still there but you should still make reference to the Debt Collection Guidance in your letter
