Whatever nationality of the company if it has a pay office in the UK then he is liable for the CSA calculation. There are also reciprocal (sp - for charlie!) arrangements between certain countries, if you check out the remo list it will tell you:

Good luck
I would also add that this site is here to help people not to add to the stresses that any of them already suffer from. So please remember to be nice to other posters.Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -

Just for information though - you do not need a licence for use of either the shift key or the full stop key:rolleyes:
Also the spellchecker only picks up on words that don't exist so 'your' means something completely different to 'you're'.
What an unhappy biased individual you are
To claire6hy - why don't you phone the CSA and ask if they will collect from him in these circumstances. Also if he maintains a lifestyle of a certain standard in the UK then ask if you can do a variation using any evidence you have of his lifestyle.
Good luck (and ignore the ignorant)

Did see a post up yesterday, but cannot find it.
What can CSA do in regards to PWC's who are bing paid offshore?0 -
Away from the personal insults, I would be interested in knowing the answers to these questions.
If you are being paid offshore, your money goes offshore, what do CSA do to track how much a PWC is being paid?0 -
Can you elaborate a bit?0
