I saw an ad in the paper the other day for cleaning products called "Dr Beckman's" - they do several different ones but one is called "Dry Clean Only". I'm sure that would do the trick. You should be able to find it in the supermarket. Hope this helps.
  • Just did a quick google, and Persil make a product called Revive. It is available in supermarkets, allegedly. Checked on review sites, and it gets 2 stars out of 5, from 3 separate reviewers. You could try it, and if it doesn't work, telephone Persil to complain. If it works, let us know. I am promoting you to "Chief Tester" hereonin. :D

So weird - I just came on here to ask if these products were any good! I found the Dr Beckman's Dry Clean Only online on Sainsbury's last night, and its got 1/3rd off, so I'm going to look for it instore this afternoon. Hoping to clean two dresses and a blazer which is horrendously grubby around the neck & cuffs!

I bought some from Kleeneze recently as I couldn't find any in the supermarket. They freshen up rather than deep clean if that makes sense?

If the coat has wool or cashmere wouldn't it shrink in the tumble drier?
