Hi i am looking for a bit of help, i have just bought a second home and am looking at renting one of my propertys. i was wondering whether i cann get clever with the tax and what i might be able to ofset.

You can offset all expenditure relating to the property - this might include insurance, repairs, agents fees, etc - it will be different in all cases. If the property is let furnished, you can also include 10% of the gross rents to cover the wear and tear on furniture.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
