ReMortgage out of trouble?

I've been a bit stupid and run up huge debts on CC's and wonder if I would be best off remortgaging or getting a loan? I can't keep up the payments much longer so I have to do something soon.

    Won't the mortgage company query your outstanding commitments when you try to remortgage?

    Perhaps give us some figures? For starters is there enough equity in the house to cover the debts.

    Without knowing the amount of CC debt, the outstanding amount on your mortgage, the current LTV for the mortgage, and your gross annual income, it's impossible to advise you.
