I have no idea but it definitely says that on the MS website:

"*This offer is available in the U.S. only while supplies last. Limit one per customer. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery"

I applied using a U.S. address and it still hasn't arrived yet so don't give up hope that nothing has hit the UK shores yet...
