I'm gonna post Nads Microsoft USB offer again after the last thread was closed, it does state that it's US only, but someone on the Digital Spy boards ordered one 4 weeks ago and got the USB stick sent to the UK.

It accepts UK address and even has a list of counties, the confirmation e-mail works ok, so I say go for it + live in hope!
