ok here is where i stand at the moment.

I am giving the first car back to the dealership under a part EX .. i have gotten an early settlement figure for that. I have to borrow some money from my boss to pay that off £3000 and while that is getting paid off i should be taking out finance against another car that will be about 400 / 500 pounds cheaper a month over all ( including insurance / tax car payment and fuel cost )

If you has a significant amount of debt before you got the car I think you really need to think hard before having any form of finance on another car, even if it is cheaper! Please, please go and have a look at the Debt Free Wanabe boards and look at some of the stories over there. Is there anyway you could go without a car in the short term, whilst yu pay back other debts?

A troll is a fearsome member of a race of creatures from Norse mythology. Originally more or less the Nordic equivalents of giants, although often smaller in size, the different depictions have come to range from the fiendish giants – similar to the ogres of England (also called Trolls at times, see Troller's Gill) – to a devious, more human-like folk of the wilderness, living underground in hills, caves or mounds. In the Faroe islands, Orkney and Shetland tales, trolls are called trows, adopted from the Norse language when these islands were settled by Vikings.
Nordic literature, art and music from the romantic era and onwards has adapted trolls in various manners – often in the form of an aboriginal race, endowed with oversized ears and noses. From here, as well as from Scandinavian fairy tales such as Three Billy Goats Gruff, trolls have achieved international recognition, and in modern fantasy literature and role-playing games, trolls are featured to the extent of being stock characters.
I saw one in tescos the other day...

take no notice of the troll accusations mate, there is a moronic minority on here who do it to everyone, they are just bored/angry people... it makes them feel better about themselves
You will have no luck with blackhorse.. i am in the same position as you, owe 14k to BH for a car on hire purchase.. i cant pay anymore - (note to the morons: its none of your business why i cant pay, waste your time lecturing me or jumping to conclusions if you want, it wont effect me - water off a ducks back)
Blackhorse dont want to know, they said pay the balance or keep making payments, i even had someone who was willing to take over payments but they refused to help, i asked if they would rather me not pay for the car all together and they said that that is my choice but there will be implications blah blah.. they will offer you a 2 month payment break but don’t touch it. Screws your credit rating and your repayments go up.
