Thanks azp74 for posting the competition, I won on the instant win. However when my mystery prize arrived today I was charged £20.95 customs/vat/admin by UPS. The prize is a T-shirt sent over from America. I've just had a long and fruitless rant to UPS about the charge.
On the up side it is a nice T-shirt valued at £21.
Just a little update; M.a.c have apologised and offered me cash or cosmetics. So all is well, cheers xx

It doesn't explicitly mention charges in the T&Cs. But it does say
ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND USE NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN AS BEING PROVIDED ARE WINNERS’ SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.0 -
