Had someone else try to get the seeds for me and they had the same error message. However I had a brainwave today - I live in a flat and we shortcut our address as 1/2 Free Seeds Place - I tried today with Flat 2, 1 Free Seeds Place and it worked first time, so just a heads up to anyone living in a flat to watch out for that one, maybe doesn't like the address format.
