    In Jan 2007 I had a debt of £27,896.00 :eek:
    In October 2011 I paid it off and owned £0.00 - Kinda proud of this!:T

    Excellent news! Well done! I always feel alittle warm glow when I read posts like this - another one of us worming our way out of debt's slimy clutches!

    Today I read in the paper that the high street is suffering the lowest profit margins for quite some time (aww, shame for them). I wonder if this is entirely due to MSE-ers tightening up their finances?
