Loan agreement not signed by creditor
Hi, I new to the forum and was looking into reclaiming my PPI from my HSBC laon. I have the original agreement from when I took the loan out and when looking through it, I noticed at the bottom I have signed the credit agreement but not dated it but there is no signature or date from the bank.
Does this still make the agreement enforceable or not?

I would guess that the signature box you can see is for the creditor to approve it within their business and that it's not a legal requirement for you to have a copy with their signature on.
Sadly, I'm not sure if the date next to your signature would have any bearing either. The creditor may have to get a court order to enforce the agreement but I cant imagine that the court would fail to uphold it on that basis.0
