Hi all,
My sister decided to 'help' me in the kitchen today and make up some couscous.
I told her to follow the instructions, but she decided she could judge it without measuring.
What I'm left with is slushy couscous. I'm loathe to throw it out, as it's quite a lot. How can I rescue it?

Put it in a sieve and let the excess water drain away;)0

I never measure the water and always sieve after it's been soaking. I thought this was how you were supposed to do it. Oops0
