I think its some kind of health insurance for the sex industry.
  • I thought it was a small tax on people who kept chickens.

What sort of property are you looking to buy and where for a rent of £1500 per month ?

Have you consulted an independent advisor? And are you being realistic about that rent? How easy will it be to rent out in that area? You don't want it sitting empty for months.

I have already an off-sett mortgage on my flat, that is most paid.
When I spoke with the bank about buying the house as investment they said that I could only have a buy to let it or sell my flat. I don't want to move, my flat because it is perfect for me at the moment.
I want the house as in investment for the future. The rent is realistic, I have checked. I was checking comparison website but there are few buy to let flexible at the moment.
