Innocent Veg Pots

Does anyone have any ideas to get these cheap? I love them and they are really healthy but cost 3.50 -3.75. Ive tried making my own but they dont turn out the same!

  • No I havent seen them on offer since last month @ Waitrose when I tried them, they had 30% off, The morrocan one is gorgeous, but I thought they were v.expensive too, not seen them in any other stores though,sorry!

    and they are pretty deceptive too... i m a veggie but bought the Thai Coconut Curry one... later realized that it has fish sauce in it... well i guess, thats what happens when you dont read the ingredients carefully :doh:...

    Thanks for that heads-up. Personally I don't like coconut so wouldn't go for that one but have eyed up the others waiting for a promo offer; not sure I trust them now though.

    It does say on the top of the packaging that it contains fish sauce, again on the back, where it also says that it's not suitable for vegetarians, and it's listed in the ingredients... so I don't think they're trying to deceive anyone.

    I can see where you're coming from though... you would just expect Veg Pots to contain nothing but veggie stuff... but then, you'd expect salt and vinegar Snack a Jacks to be veggie too (which they're not... they've got rennet in) :rolleyes:
    TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

    Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!
