One Account

What is everyone opinion on the One Account?

My mortgage discount is ending at the end of April. I need to move to a move competetive mortgage.

Options Seem to be the Co-op Bank 3yr Tracker, Currently 2.99%, Fee free

or

One account, currently 3.75%, £335 fees.

The one account is 0.75% higher than the Co-op mortgage, but paying my salary into it should cover that. I like the idea of a completely flexible account, but note that when asked how they calculate their interest rates I was told "we can change them at our discretion". What is the One Account Like in the long term?
