I have been having problems with BT for 2 years I put in a complaint to Otelo who ruled in my favour THEN!! BT put in a letter stating that they didnt agree with what Otelo had ruled and it has been up in the air for year and a half and I cant get any answers, BT owe me well over £200. I was so fed up with BT's incompetence that I changed providers I then get a letter from BT for about £60 I asked them to clarify what this was for and heard nothing till Credit Solutions Limited wrote to me asking for £77 and they are now threatening to turn up on my doorsptep. I have advised them that this is trespass and the complaint is with Otelo
Has anyone any ideas on how I can get this mess sorted Otelo said the paperwork from BT was complex but I pointed out they had already ruled in my favour where do I go from here?
Not sure if this is on the right board but it is causing me debt probs

I think it took about 6-8 months it seemed to be all sealed and settled as BT had not responded to Otelo by the date they specified then 'after' the date they put in a case which I dont think should be allowed they had long enough to deal with the problem0
