Welcome finance loan, all pull together?

Having had problems with them, as alot of you have, how about trying everyone pulling together finding out the nitty gritty as to, is what they are doing legal etc? Alot of people are under immense stress from this company, welcome? i don't think so. Customer service is shocking sometimes!

  • This company has rubbish customer services FACT. Also, today my wife got threatened with balliff action on a debt that isn't hers (mine) because I missed last months payment but have told them I will pay double at the end of this month to cover it. Surely they can't threaten that type of action over the phone?? Also they phone at all hours of the day, including weekends, its non stop with them. What action, if any can I take?? Also they wanted me to let them have my credit card details so that at the end of the month they can enter them in to take payment, I said no because I don't want people I don't know having them and their answer was to point out that if people pay using this method then their card details are shredded after the transaction process but they would have had mine for over a week.

This company needs shutting down if you ask me as a lot of people seem to have a problem or two with them!!

i totally agree, last month i got a phone call saying my card had rejected the payment? and on follow up it wasnt even my card details they were trying to process so when i asked what happened to mine? they casually said, oh we shredded them we will just phone and get u 2 repeat it over the phone each time, what an inconvenience.

Also i would go to a citizens advice bureu if they are threatening your wife, i would take legal action against them for that, they cant hassle you for money you simply don't have, and i thought they couldnt send bailifs unless the debt was secured against something?
