    Hi all!!

    Went for a run tonight (finally) but it turned into a walk *sigh* Got a stitch, cramp in my feet, coughed up a lung and nearly pee'd my pants I was coughingh so hard! Ah well, will try again tomorrow.

    Off to the pub in a bit with DH, we're going to walk (it's about a mile there) so that will be good.

    what's everyone else up to?
