Can anyone please advise me on the best buy to let mortgage around at present with 25% depoisit available? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Currently have around 50k deposit - the purchase price is around 125k and the rental income would be around £550. Any idea which is the best BTL mortgage available?

    At 60% you will have plenty options

    However it is no longer as simple as saying what the best rate is, as due to the current climate all lenders have changed their lending criteria, and so you may not be eligible for the "best" rate.

    What you should do is contact a whole of market mortgage adviser and see what they can find based on your circumstances
