You sound very stressed but I'm afraid your post doesn't really make a lot of sense...

It would seem your former partner is using your address to get credit.
Is that a problem for you?
Are you suffering financial disadvantage from this?

  • Does he have a loan secured on the property? Have you spoken to your ex regarding the purchase? Hopefully, he'll have the decency to reply to you.

"Return to sender. Not known at this address."

The other advice is also reasonable. While this is annoying, does it actually affect you in any way?

On the flip side, the house is half his.

If he pays the debt back there is no issue. If he doesn't pay it back then the black mark goes against your ex.

What exactly is your issue with your ex using his (1/2) address to get credit?

I agree with the others who suggested you return all his mail unopened to the sender with 'gone away' all across the envelope.
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
  • Experian : We take the security of your information very seriously, and unfortunately on this occasion have been unable to sufficiently confirm your identity. THATS ME ??? Iv'e only lived here for 20 years.

A person can live in a house for 20 or more years.
Another person could ring up using the name of that person but who is not in fact that person and would need to answer a number of security questions. These questions would be ones which the right person could easily answer but hopefully an imposter would not.

So while you are able to say how long you have lived at your address that in itself does not prove that it is you who is saying it.

"Equifax : Would I like to ring them for some final questions. No, I flaming want answers NOW !!"..............

You have good cause to rant against your Ex but ranting against all and sundry does not help.
A few minutes politely answering standard questions from someone trying to help you would be time well spent and would not cost you £180 per hour.
