Anyway I have today sent off a CCA request and also a SAR request, repetative I know but need to do it, also I am taking legal advise on the contract.
1. Don't sign ANYTHING.
2. If they try and take unauthorised money from your debit card, report them immediately.
3. Go and take all of your paperwork to the CAB. Someone needs to read through all of this with you to work out what you have been paying and what they are trying to trap you in with. And then come up with a plan of action (one point of action of course will be to take them to court for the £3k of charges!).
4. Never forget that this company are a bunch of loan sharks with a pretty website. They will tell you anything to get what they want - and they will lie through their teeth to get at your money."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -

i think at the stage where u have requested a statement and they have not obliged, because surely by requesting this you are trying to keep track of your finances?0 -
