:j After many months I've got a job interview,:j only part time, but thats more money coming in than I have at the moment.
Its for a Business support assistant at Debenhams and the interviews this Sunday
unusual but thats fine with me.
I'm assuming that I will be asked about current store promotions but is there anything else I should find out before?
Its been more than 20 years since I last went for an interview that wasn't just a formality so I maybe out of touch with current practices.
Any advice gratefully accepted

yea i do, but then i work the shop floor, the job seems like the interview is going to be more hardcore than can you work a till and take rubbish from customers.
business support...what about the fact debenhams is buying the principles stock and ive heard from my line manager that oasis/warehouse concessions stock is also being bought by them?
By all means drop me a pm on anything specific you want to know.0 -
Thank you so much, every bit of extra info helps.
I have been told I will be expected to hop on the tills if needed. Apparently everyone in the 'back office' is expected to do this if needed.
Its amazing isn't it how rude the public can be when shopping yet I'm sure if you met them in a different situation they would be nice as pie!
thanks again:D
