Pollycat - it isn't. A newbie has also just contributed to a thread from 2004 so I gave the same advice as you advocate - to start a new thread if they have a similar question. However, it does appear that Daniellee is giving quite good advice and is not promoting her business so maybe she hadn't checked the dates (have done it myself before today
)
But it's considered bad form to necro-post because it almost always ends up with people - like buildersdaughter - wasting their time giving advice to someone who's long gone.

Thank you! I hardly ever check the dates - though I should, as this happens every so often now.
I also think it good form to come back and let us know what the result of our advice is - although that isn't always practical, I do think folk should do it when possible.0
