    Read the stickie and 10past 6 last post to you. Might be worth e-mailing the OFT. Could take one threat out of the equation.

    Have just e mailed OFT with my concerns. Now off to write back to Solicitors advise them of that fact and tell em take what i have been paying or stick it and make me bankrupt.
    Also going to CCA RBS i'm not taking this carp laying down anymore:T

    If they have started court action, you need a SAR rather than a CCA.
    If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
