Late payment on credit report

Hi all,
Checked my credit report earlier and I have a late payment marker on my current account (over overdraft). Will a one off like this impact my ability to get the best mortgage deals - I am looking to apply for a new mortgage in 1-2 months time. the marker was 2 months ago. LTV for the new mortgage is approx 60%.
