Cravendale milk offer

Asda are selling 2 litre bottles of Cravendale for £1.65, buy 2 for £3. or 3 for £4.(this offer is on the actual label of the bottle).

However today I inadvertently bought 8 bottles,(should have been 9!), and the receipt showed; -
Cravendale milk 001L -£2.65
Milk 6 for £7. 515L -£0.65

I was charged in total £10.30 for the 8 bottles equaling £1.29 each, (2 litres).
If the offer of 6 for £7. is on, then the 2 litres would cost £1.16 each!

But whatever there is an offer on, it may also be at other supermarkets.

Lol we go through 24 pints a week, we have two little children who love it! Thanks for the heads up! We freeze it too although you have to give it a little shake when defrosted so its not seperated!

Also watch out for some money off coupons. I had 2 delivered with the post today (not addressed to anyone), 1 for 50p off valid until 7th June and the other is 30p off valid until 14th June.

If you want smaller quantities of Cravendale Sainsbury are doing 2l bottles at 2 for £2.50. That's £1.25 each. Better than the Asda buy 2 for £3 or 3 for £4.

Available in store and online shopping.

Although this offer is for Cravendale i have been purchasing milk from sainsburys for £1 for 2 litres and it is a lower fat content than most. It is always in stock so no need to bulk buy. It has been this price for ages so it is not a one off promotion either. TBH i dont taste any difference between the milk.

Because it is filtered, Cravendale has a shelf life that is almost three times as long as normal milk. This is convenient if your family drink a lot of milk and you don't want to be constantly going to the supermarket.
  • Always been a cravendale fan,but recently tried Tesco pure, which is basically the same, its on offer at the moment 2 for £2.60, £1.30 for a large bottle,I find it to be a really good altenative as Cravendale prices have gone through the roof recentlY:D !
  • Also interestingly seems to have a longer shelf life than cravendale at tesco at the mo!

Its all down to personal taste but DH and I don't like Tesco Pure - I've tried a blind tasting with Oure and Creavendale and the Cravendale wins every time. My local stores (3 different Tescos) seem to have delivery problems and Cravendale has been hard to find in recent weeks.
