i dont know if anyone can help but i cant seem to log into pigsback everytime i put my details in to log in it just refreshs the log in page and nothing happens is anyone else having a problem or just me
    thanks
    clare

i had the problem for a whole week just after i'd registered - never had any problems since.

i would suggest emailing them, but they didnt even bother to acknowledge my email asking for help logging in, so dont hold out too much hope!

I am having the same problem for about 2 weeks now... I cannot follow any links or else I get asked to sign in again, then it just wont accept my log-in details, no matter how many times i sign in (and i know its right!)

I know others have had emails missed but Rachel has helped me out whenever PB has thrown a wobbly and told me I'm already entered or other fun stuff.

    She is postmaster@pigsback.com

dont kno if this has already been posted, but wen i received my cd wow voucher from the mirror, i logged in2 pigsback and started shopping thru their link, thus earning free piggy points as i only paid 1.99 (after the 5 pound voucher) but it still gave me 140 piggy points! double bonus!!!

Sounds like your computer is set not to allow cookies from Pigsback. You can only use the links if you've got a PB cookie on your computer, otherwise it takes you straight to the log-in page

In Firefox go Tools>Options>Security and tick the box that says "Allow sites to set cookies"

In IE go Tools>Internet Options>Security and check what level of security you're set at. Ensure you're set to allow 3rd party cookies

    That should solve it...

No click-throughs? You'll probablys get an extra 50 - 100 points a week from clickthroughs
