It seems to me that the ones where you have to enter your online receipt for purchase points work correctly but the ones where you have to rely on them tracking your purchase through their link don't.
Please don't get me wrong, i'm not bashing Pigsback, I've only just spent my first voucher and it was very nice indeed but we shouldn't have to fight tooth and nail to get points for things that we have gone through them to purchase, especially when we could have gone through another site (in mycase anyway) and had a different reward, money back etc.

I am another of those unfortunates that ordered vouchers on 20th Feb. Luckily I dont need until I go to a wedding at the end of April. The last time I ordered some boots ones it was all very efficient - never mind, I am sure they will arrive eventually :rotfl:

Strange as I ordered on the 8th (March) and they arrived today. But when I ordered back in november. I put the order in on the 23 of Nov and the date on the frank mark was 8th Of december. And I got them about the 10th Of December.

I don't mind if they wait to do a run once a week on the vouchers. But it would be nice if they let the users know.

But find that strange that so many people ordered on the same day and they are still waiting.
