Next time they ring I would ask them where they got my number from and to take me off their list. Not had any slaes calls since before joining pigsback. Also register for the Telephone Preference service that helps.

I received my piggybank in the post this morning, but I can't get it open. I don't want to put my money in until I am sure I will be able to get it back out. How do you open it? There wasn't anything else in the box.

Nope, none here either. I think I signed up Feb 5th too. I've sent them 4 e-mails so far, once had a reply that they were going to be credited last weekend which never happened, now silence. It looks like no-one is getting the points - that's pretty outrageous, we should do something about it!

they may have cancelled if they suspect you of having more than one account, or i have also heard that they can cancel your membership if you have been getting points which are supposed to be only availabe through the irish website. this can be difficult to know if you have just been randomly clicking on links posted on messageboards as people don't always state if they are uk or ireland links
